Meet Your Stretch Therapist

From national gymnast to your stretch therapist.

"I used to be an energetic ex-national rhythmic gymnast!"

My journey in wellness began over a decade ago, fueled by a passion for holistic health and fitness.

After years of working in the corporate world as a big 4 management consultant, I realized the importance of taking care of my body for sustained success and well-being. It was sad to see myself and my friends around me, be reduced to stiff, aching corporate workers.

I then decided to pursue stretching and mobility, a renewed form of my first love - gymnastics 😀 Since then, I've had the privilege of helping and meeting so many amazing people! Hopefully, I'll get the pleasure of meeting you 🙂

I had a fantastic stretching and massage session with Megan after a long 17- hour flight. The technique used was incredibly effective targetting my sore back and legs. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and my muscle soreness alleviated. In fact its my 2nd session with Megan. I very much enjoyed the attention to details basing on my needs. I highly recommend Megan and will definately be returning!

Ho Yi Xin ★★★★★

Had a stretch massage session with Megan, and would highly recommend who needs to release tension in their bodies. Megan is very attentive to my needs, from playing my favourite music to asking me if I wanted the massage to go with cream. She is really skilled and has good knowledge of the body. She carefully applies pressure on places which she knows can stretch further. Felt so relieved and rejuvenated after the time with her 😀

Lee Lurvin ★★★★★

I had a much needed stretch session with Meghan and she was friendly, knowledgeable and managed to help release the tightness in my lower body and also discovered areas that I initially didn’t think needed attention but turned out to be tight and needed releasing.

Wannee Lim ★★★★★

I had a stretch/massage session with Megan and it was amazing!! She makes the effort to understand which part of my body needs attention and used techniques to ensure my body gains the most out of the stretch. I was feeling so relieved and relaxed after the session! 💯💯

Jolene ★★★★★

Megan did a stretch massage for me and it was lovely 😊 The techniques are different from the usual massage ones out there, and my body felt more loosed. Ambience was amazing, Megan’s energy too. Highly recommended 🙂

Went to Megan for a stretching session after a workout. She was very knowledgeable and catered the stretches to my abilities. I believe the session helped expedite my recovery as I felt less muscle soreness than normal the next day. Definitely recommend and will visit again soon!

Aaron Ng ★★★★★

Was experiencing a sore back and aching calves after a week of exercise. Megan patiently explained what she was doing and kneaded my soreness away. Would highly recommend her service, especially if you sit or stand the whole day.

Very professional, personalised training program!!! Meg has helped to correct many of my muscle imbalances and reduce soreness in my knees, neck and back.

Treatment-related

What is assisted stretching?

Assisted stretching is a flexibility-focused treatment, where a trained professional manipulates your body through precise, controlled movements and applies deeper pressure to lengthen your muscles.

How is this different from regular massage?

The Stretchflo Method combines assisted stretching, Thai massage and Active Release methods. Instead of only relieving tension, it works on how your muscles respond to stretch and helps improve your movement patterns.

Will it hurt? I've had painful massages before.

It shouldn’t hurt. You may feel a stretch or mild discomfort at the edge of your range of motion, and your therapist adjusts to your comfort level throughout the session. We work with your body’s natural responses rather than against them, so you’ll experience profound release without defensive reactions.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, stretchy athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. You remain fully clothed throughout the entire session.

How quickly will I see results?

Many clients notice improved range of motion and less tension after their first session, though results vary from person to person.

Is this safe for someone with no massage experience?

Assisted stretching is generally well tolerated, and your therapist adjusts the intensity to your comfort level. It suits first-timers and anyone who has been hesitant about bodywork. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.

How often should I stretch?

Just like working out and building muscles, consistency is key in gaining flexibility. We offer a variety of flexible options. Ask your therapist for the best option for your needs.

I am injured.

Should you have an acute injury, definitely seek clearance with a doctor or physical therapist before coming to Stretchflo. If you suffer from chronic tightness, aching pains or discomfort, an assisted stretch is just for you!

How old do I have to be?

There is no strict age limit. All are welcomed! We stretch kids in competitive sports. For anyone 18 and below, a parent or guardian will have to sign our waiver.

Why is assisted stretching good for me?

Improve flexibility: It helps lengthen tight muscle fibers more effectively than stretching alone.

Less pain: It eases chronic muscle tension and reduces joint discomfort.

Improved posture: It corrects muscle imbalances. Stand and move with better alignment!

Quicker recovery: It boosts blood circulation, which flushes out metabolic waste products after a workout.

Expert guidance: It stops you from tensing the wrong muscles or cheating during a stretch, for a deeper stretch.

How much does assisted stretching cost in Singapore?

Assisted stretching in Singapore typically costs $65–$150 per hour, depending on the therapist’s experience and session type. See our Price page for current rates.

How it works

Light, at the right wavelengths.

20 minutes of five evidence-backed specific red (630–660nm) and near-infrared (810–850nm) wavelengths to stimulate cellular mitochondria, increasing ATP production.

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy (also called photobiomodulation) exposes the skin to low-level red and near-infrared light. It is non-invasive and painless. Research into how it may support muscle recovery and skin is growing, though results vary between people and devices.

Why Red Light Therapy?

What clients use it for.

We describe what people come in for — not cures. Red light therapy is a wellness session, not a medical treatment.

Post-workout recovery

A calm 20 minutes after training, on its own or after a sports massage.

Circulation & warmth

Many clients find the gentle light relaxing for tired, tight muscles.

Skin appearance

Used as part of a skincare routine for skin tone and texture.

Wind-down

Twenty quiet minutes to switch off — some clients pair it with an evening session.

Red Light Therapy Research

Does red light therapy work?

The honest answer: it depends on what you want it for. Here's how we read the evidence.

Promising

Muscle recovery & skin

This is where most of the research interest sits, with studies looking at post-exercise soreness and skin texture. Results vary with device, wavelength and dose.

Mixed

Sleep, mood & energy

Some people report better sleep and calm after sessions, but evidence is limited. We treat it as a relaxing part of a recovery routine.

Not a treatment

Medical conditions

Red light therapy at Stretchflo is a wellness session. It isn't a treatment for skin disease, injury or chronic pain conditions — please see your doctor for those.

Client Testimonials

"Really helps."

★★★★★

“My face looked brighter, younger, after just one time. We tried the red + Near Infrared mode for recovery from exercise and it really helps. My husband was skeptical, tried it once on his lower back, and his minor but persistent ache went away."

SUZIE
★★★★★

"My skin has improved greatly in clarity and tone. After doing Red Light Therapy for about 2 months on my face and neck. I sat in front of the hair salon mirror (only time I’m forced to look at myself for a prolonged amount of time in bright light) and was shocked to see that I looked much better than I did 3 months prior in the same unforgiving light."
